Just recently completed the Fall 2022 VERGE Permaculture Design Certification. I am already using the skills I developed in the course to assist in an upcoming community project design. The course team provides incredible knowledge sharing and I don't think I left the course with one unanswered question. The group has truly humbled my senses and understanding of permaculture and how it is so vital for Mother Earth that we learn this knowledge of the lands together.

We have used the services of Urban Environmental for asbestos removal to do both emergency and followup work related to water damage from plumbing problems. The technicians were very quickly on the scene with drying equipment and assessment for an emergency and clearly knew what had to be done. They later came as needed for the asbestos removal and were professional and courteous, informing us of their plan and time frames. They left the area cleaned up and removed all trash. Jeff and his team were a dream to work with throughout a nightmare project.My place of work lost a historical building to fire. I found Ontario Spill Response while looking for restoration companies that could quote removing the debris for our insurance company.They quickly distinguished themselves above the rest not just because of their reasonable prices but because of Jeff's professionalism and wonderful customer service.When the project started we ran into a number of issues including the station that had previously agreed to let us dump suddenly turning away the first load. Jeff took the time to sit with me and help develop a work around and keep the project running.A one day job turned into three but Jeff and his crew stayed focused and positive. It would have been easy for them to cut corners to save time on such a delayed project but they finished it to the end. Every shred of debris was gone, all the holes were filled and the area was left flat and ready for whatever we wanted to rebuild.I cannot recommend Ontario Spill Response enough, I will not hesitate to call them in the future should another project come up.
